LigaSure™ Retractable L-Hook Sealer-Divider
The LigaSure™ Retractable L-Hook Sealer-Divider is a sterile, single-use laparoscopic instrument by Medtronic. It combines LigaSure™ vessel sealing and tissue division with a retractable monopolar L-hook for dissection. The instrument is available as LF5637 (37 cm) and LF5644 (44 cm). Medtronic
Its Maryland-style jaws support grasping, sealing and cutting. A lever deploys the L-hook when monopolar dissection is needed and retracts it when the surgeon returns to the jaws.
